The Living Arizona

I have had the pleasure of SCUBA diving on the USS Arizona in a 3D survey project, but not many get to experience the amazing historical ship and final resting place, but now you can live over the web. You will see that nature is thriving with corals and diverse marine life including weird alien like sea cucumbers everywhere.

Once a site of human devastation, now a haven for marine life. Resting on the bottom of Pearl Harbor, the USS Arizona Memorial has now become a place of healing and reconciliation. Join us for a special event, brought to you by the ParkED and the National Park Service Dive Team. We will be share rare glimpses of the USS Arizona as she rests today. View the event live in our Visitor Center Theater and online. This event will be recorded, so even if you can’t attend the live stream you can always watch the recording.
