We held an early morning run before Autodesk University 2014 started last year and it was a hit. We had a couple dozen people joining to explore the Las Vegas strip and get some fresh non-casino air and make new friends. We will hold these again meeting out front of the Venetian at 5:45am Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, but not Friday as most need to sleep in after the annual AU party.
This is not a race in any fashion but a casual jog to get fresh air and network and start the day out right and healthy before in classes and events in doors all day seated. After the run we can grab a coffee and you should have time to eat and change before AU sessions start.
The meeting and start location will be out in front of the Venetian across the canal bridge by the fountain.
A couple options each morning 1.5 miles and 3 miles (5K) round trip. Both will leave at the same time but part at Bellagio.
A 1.7km (1.5 mile) route from the Venetian to the Bellagio.
AU5K from the Venetian to City Center Place (2.5km – 1.5miles each way) to City Center Place making for 5km total

FYI: Las Vegas Sign
It is 7.2 miles round trip from the Venetian to the Las Vegas sign so we will not get a group photo there this year but instead take a group photo at the Bellagio or Paris Paris.
