Have you heard of Autodesk's preview technology named Project Chronicle? If not, Project Chronicle is a quick and easy way to record detailed steps automatically of what you are doing in AutoCAD, Inventor, and Revit a swell as other things. Project Chronicle is not meant for highly polished presentations but instead goes much deeper than a standard training video as you can see the detailed commands and steps being used in the Autodesk product.
